Embrace Community.

Experience Healing.

Being Together > Having it Together.

Life is so sweet.  And also, life is so hard.

When it’s sweet, we celebrate, and want to share it with people around us.  But, when it’s hard, we tend to retreat and keep others at a distance. In pain and desperation, how many times have you attempted to self-assess, self-diagnose, and self-care your way into healing? Sometimes that feels safer than reaching out and risking vulnerability with someone who may misunderstand, misconstrue, or dismiss your SOS. Or, on the flip side, how many times have you had a friend who is hurting, and you genuinely want to help, but you second-guess, over-stress, or disqualify yourself from reaching out not knowing what to say other than, “Let me know if you need anything”.

Have we reduced life to coming together in the celebrations and pulling back in the pain?

What if it didn’t have to be one or the other? What if there’s a third way? When life is hard, what if it’s more about “being together” and less about “having it together”?

Being Together > Having it Together.

While books, podcasts, and programs are informative, impactful, and insightful they can’t show up with dinner, offer a box of kleenexes, or remind you that it won’t always be this way. But people can- and a friend in the wilderness can make all the difference. When a person’s vulnerability and need is met with gracious and effective support, they not only experience hope and help, but also healing.

Awareness informs. Community transforms.

This is why Don’t Hold Back invites you to choose to love wildly, live authentically, and lean into community. We’re about eradicating loneliness, shame, and fear through the power of connection, grace, and hope. It’s not about fixing or figuring it out, but it’s about finding a way through, TOGETHER.

Here at Don’t Hold Back- you’ll not only be equipped with powerful, practical tools that will empower you to love people well when they’re going through the worst, you’ll experience the freedom first hand being a part of a community like this. And our hope is, you’ll find not only help and hope, but your own healing as well.

We would be so honored to support YOU, so you can, in turn, better support YOUR PEOPLE.
